Embroidery or print?
Embroidery looks premium and survives washing, but fine text and gradients do not stitch well on fleece: keep the logo bold and simple. For a detailed or multicolor logo, choose heat transfer or sublimation. For a softer, gift-level feel, compare sherpa and plush blankets.
